This modern Waikato new build – now seven years young at the time of photos – still feels as fresh and contemporary as the day it was completed. The kitchen strikes a perfect balance between the cool practicality of grey cabinetry and the warmth of American Oak, creating an inviting space that’s both functional and refined.

Dekton Trillium benchtops and a Dekton Sirius splashback add a sophisticated, durable finish, complemented by a solid timber apron detail on the island for a touch of craftsmanship. The expansive scullery enhances everyday usability while keeping the main kitchen clean and uncluttered, and the use of American Oak extends beyond the cabinetry – featured in surrounding details to draw warmth and cohesion throughout the home.
